We currently have Bilingual (Spanish/English) Full-Time Retail Bank Manager opportunities within several Woodbridge locations!

Individuals need successful sales and management experience, commitment to extraordinary customer service, drive to build strong relationship, and the ability to work as a proactive self-starter and team player. Individuals will be high achievers with superior interpersonal & motivational abilities. Outstanding customer service, team orientation and leadership skills are required. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a requirement.

The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Retail Bank Manager positions are responsible for the sales and service excellence in the retail banking industry and for the development and implementation of marketing plans to increase business as well as retain existing clients. As a Manager, you will have 100% accountability for the daily branch operational functions ensuring that all staff adhere to established policies and procedures. You will coach branch staff on competitive products within the industry and will ensure that your branch is adequately staffed in order to guarantee our customers fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. Previous management, staff development such as hiring, training, and coaching, and demonstrated sales goals required. Overall retail branch banking experience, performance, and operations preferred.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Branch Manager positions require an Associates Degree or equivalent work experience, two years management experience (operations and staff responsibility) in a Retail sales goals environment and two years experience leading commission or incentive based teams. Must have demonstrated ability to write and communicate clearly.
